To deactivate your Evro account, please settle any outstanding balances first.

Verify your cancellation request with us by providing via the in-app chat your Evro account name, email address, and last charging session location and date. 

Account deletions will be processed within one business day of request validation.

General Information

You must connect your account to a valid payment method to use our services. We currently only accept credit/debit cards.

Evro will bill your chosen payment method for each charging session.

Step 3: Nominate an email address and password or use your Google account to automatically register.

Evro is an eMSP (eMobility Service Provider) that provides a variety of services to EV (electric vehicle) owners like you. Here are some of the key services we offer:

Here's how to maintain your EV battery's health:

1. Don't let your EV's battery drop below 20% or charge it beyond 80%. For daily use, adjust your car or charger settings.

2. Use fast chargers for quick boosts and slower chargers for routine charging. Fast chargers are convenient, but they may harm batteries. 

3. Regularly drive your vehicle because, like fuel-powered cars, EVs need regular use to stay healthy. Short trips help battery health and prevent flatting of tire.

Different EV models and charging stations may use various connectors, such as Type 1, Type 2, CCS, CHAdeMO, or Tesla connectors. Check your vehicle's manual to identify the correct charging connector for your vehicle.

Step 1: Park your EV so the charging station connector can comfortably reach the vehicle's charging port.

Step 2: Check the charging station connector for damage. If the connector malfunctions, do not use it and notify us.

Step 3: Turn your vehicle off. Open the charging port and push the connector into the port until it clicks.

Step 4: Scan the QR code in front of the Evro charging station and swipe the "Slide to Start Charging" button to the right.

Pre-Charging Experience 

Step 1: To disconnect, launch your Evro app, go to ACTIVITY, and choose the active charging session. Swipe the "Stop Charging" button to the right to end the session.

Step 2: Push any release buttons on the charging connector and gently remove it from the port. Store the cable properly to avoid any accidents.

Step 1: Click SCAN QR to activate the Scan QR Code option and the Camera.

Step 3: After matching, the system will ask you to choose: 

A. How long would you like to charge? (In minutes) 

B. How much would you like to pay? (In Philippine Peso)

Step 5: Use your saved credit/debit card details on the app or your AmpUp Pro wallet balance to pay. 

Log into your Evro account and tap STATIONS. The map will show nearby Evro station locations. 

Please note that some locations may have a limited number of charging stations available.

Your EV must be compatible with the charging station. Ensure the station supports your vehicle's connector.

Make sure the charging cable is securely connected to your vehicle. The "Slide to Start Charging" button will be grayed out if connection is not secure.

Check the charging cable for damage. If you encounter any issues, do not use the cable and notify Evro Customer Support immediately.
