How do I find a charging station?
Download the Evro app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Create an account then tap the 'Stations' tab to see all nearby charging stations.
What types of charges and connectors are available at the Evro Partner Stations?
Evro Partner Stations support Type 2 and GB/T connectors for AC charging, and GB/T, CCS1, or CCS2 connectors for DC charging.
To find the right station for your vehicle, use More Filters on the Station screen. This lets you filter stations by charger type and check compatibility with your EV.
What are the accepted modes of payment?
We only accept Mastercard, Visa and JCB credit cards in the Membership Portal.
How can I quickly find available charging stations?
Tap the Available filter to show only stations that are online and ready to use.
How can I customize my station search?
Tap All Filters to refine results by charger type, station availability, vehicle compatibility, or to show only Evro partner stations.
